Upstairs is an interface to a program on Solana. Using it means you sign transactions with your own wallet; you are responsible for what you sign, the coins you trade and the prices you agree.

Trades settle on chain and are final. Nothing here is financial advice, an offer to sell securities, or a promise of any price, liquidity or outcome. The program has not been audited. Use it at your own risk and only with amounts you can afford to lose.

Do not use Upstairs where it is against the law for you to do so. The interface may change or go offline at any time; the program and your funds stay on chain.
